2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required in full at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout.

3. Custom Orders and Production

As all products are made to order, production times vary by product. Estimated production and delivery times will be provided at the time of purchase. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship throughout the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Please review our Return Policy for information regarding damaged or defective items.

Care instructions will be provided with your purchase. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you experience any manufacturing defects, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
