Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All Nate & Lane products are custom-made to order. Production time varies by product but typically ranges from 8-10 weeks. You will receive your estimated production timeline when you place your order.

Shipping Methods
We ship via freight carriers for larger furniture pieces and standard carriers for smaller items. Shipping method will be determined based on the size of your order and its destination.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Due to the custom nature and size of our furniture, shipping costs vary significantly. In many cases, shipping is free of charge.

Delivery Timeline
Once your item ships, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days within the continental United States.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship throughout the United States. International shipping is available, but can not but set up through online orders at this time. Please contact up directly for any deliveries outside of the continental USA. This includes Nantucket and The Bahamas 

Delivery
Freight shipments require someone 21 or older to be present to sign for delivery. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Curbside delivery is standard; white glove delivery services may be available for an additional fee.

Damaged Items
Please inspect your item upon delivery. With the driver present when possible. You can not refuse the delivery if it is damaged, but it will spend up the process if a replacement is deemed necessary by Nate & Lane.  If your furniture does arrive damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
